Attention Retailers and Distribution Partners A situation has come to our attention concerning our product entitled "The Nature of Magic" (SKU # ADM 0004 with ISBN# 0-9769951-1-5). This product was printed incorrectly by one of our printing companies and is far below our quality standards and considered to be un-sellable by us as well. Due to additional printing delays on the part of the printing company and distribution deadlines, we were unable to catch the error before the books shipped out to the Distributors. We are organizing a product swap out where you will be able to ship in any copies of The Nature of Magic directly to Arcadiam Games and have them exchanged for copies, which meet and exceed our quality standards. These new copies will be printed in a timely manner ASAP, and will contain updated information as well so as to be the best product it can be. I want to assure you that with out increasing eye on production values, our quality standards will also be staying as high as with the core rule book. This is un unpleasant situation for everyone involved and I want to ensure you that we will do whatever it takes to make sure you have good sellable product, and that your customers are in turn happy with that product. For participating in this program every retailer who sends in copies of the Nature of Magic, which were ordered between OCT 1 and Jan 31st will receive a free copy of the Core Rule Book for every 5 copies of the Nature of Magic they return. The product value should more than cover the cost for shipping.
