Greetings and welcome to the very first CrossRoads of Eternity Newsletter. Our goal with this newsletter is to bring you the latest information on the CrossRoads of Eternity RPG and new Products from Arcadiam Games. This newsletter contains information on our first product, The CrossRoads of Eternity Core Rule Book (both Print and PDF versions), a contest to win a free copy of that book, as well as several exciting new supplements available for FREE on our website, crossroads-rpg.com. NEW CONTEST: Win a CORE RULE BOOK
Win a free copy of the Core Rule Book just for trying out our game! Here's what you do: Play a single session of The CrossRoads of Eternity with a few friends either using the Core Rule Book or the Tryout Kit (on the website now, see below for more info). You can use the Adventure included in the Core Rule Book or make up one of your own! Then tell us about it! Write a short overview of the game you ran. Tell us how it went. Tell us what you like and what you didn't like. What confused you and what made perfect sense. You don't have to suck up to us, just be honest! Post your overview on our forum at Crossroads-rpg.com and at least one other gaming forum (Yeah, we want the free plug! I suggest RPG.net, or The Forge at.indie-rpgs.com). Send us a link to your post and you're in the contest! We'll select 1 winner at random to receive a copy of the Core Rule Book. Contest ends Sept 1st, 2005, so hurry up!


NEW ADVENTURE SUPPLEMENT: The Lord of Novallese
This brand new original adventure is available as a FREE SUPPLIMENT at crossroads-rpg.com. The Lord of Novallese tells the tale of an isolated mountain town living in the shadow of an ancient Imperial keep and it's Nosferatu lord. This is a great starting adventure for new players or a fun way for more experienced players to get in on some Vampire Hunting action! The Lord of Novallese is the first of our series of free monthly adventures!


NEW RESOURCE: CrossRoads Tryout Kit
The CrossRoads Tryout Kit is a free set of quick start rules to help introduce new players to the CrossRoads of Eternity RPG. New players will find easy to follow guides to Combat, Magic and Character Creation plus explanations of the games core mechanics. The Tryout Kit is perfect for new players who want to get a feel for the system before they buy the Core rule Book, and is a great way to introduce a friend to the ins and outs of the game!


NEW RESOURCE: Random Roll Engine
Perfect when creating new characters! This free Flash based program is designed to automate every random roll chart found the Core Rule Book, including random roll trait charts, race trait charts, money allowance and more. Also included is the new random race roll table and random roll trade table. A future version of this program (coming soon) will also include a one touch character generator which will select race, trade, list your matchup bonus if any, and apply 1 random race table roll, and combined trait table roll, and determine starting funds.
